Be the best tenant you can be by, paying your rent on time, looking after the property as if it is your own house, mow lawns on a regular basis, weed gardens and generally keep the property tidy and free of vermin, debris & rubbish. Generally making sure the property is maintained to the standards required. Report maintenance issues according to lease terms, ensure sure any animals, occupants or changes to the property are approved in writing. Be approachable and co-operative, have a good attitude and present the property clean and tidy for routine inspections.
